Registration and Lunch Provided Chic-Fil-a at 11:30

Entry fee $400 per Team (4 people per team)

$100 per person (will be placed on a team)

Fee includes shells, meal, and entry fee.

Entry Fee must be received prior to August 21, 2008

*Golf Cart rentals are available at an additional charge of $50.00 You may bring your own. We have limited 4 man carts. Some teams will need two. The Four man carts will be given to the first teams to register

Prizes include:

High Team Score Trophy; High Individual Score Trophy; Low Team Score Trophy

Gun Raffle: 12 Gauge Baretta 391 Teknys Gold Sporting with case

"Silver" Sponsor: $ 1,000

Includes one team, signage at registration tables or serving line and brochure recognition.

“Station Sponsor” $125

Includes signage with you name at one of the shooting stations.

"Team" Regular 4 man Team without sponsorship: $ 400

Includes one team.

Golf Carts are $40 each

"Individual" individuals are welcome to participate; $ 100
